An American wheat style beer which comes in several varieties. While the name Midnight Wheat suggest a darker beer, it is actually a very light and refreshing wheat ale. The name Midnight comes from one of the first brews that one the owning couples made as they started their journey into homebrewing. They had started the brew late in the afternoon, and quickly realized that the brew would not finish up well into the night, a little after Midnight. Hence the name, Midnight Wheat.
